Can I extend my shoot?
Yes, provided the photographer is available to keep shooting.
What happens if I don't make it to my photoshoot?

No refund will be issued for no-shows.

How many people can be part of my photoshoot?
It depends on the photographer. Some photographers may charge extra for additional members. It is best to clarify with the photographer before placing the order.
Can I cancel my booking?

The short answer is Yes, but the refund is dependent on the cancellation policy specified by the photographer for that package. You can learn more about different cancellation policies here.

In addition, you will also be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

Will I receive all of the unedited photos or raw format files?

Most photographers will only give you lightly edited images in the High-Resolution JPEG format. No RAW files are given. If you want RAW files or all unedited images, be sure to ask your photographer before booking, so there is no confusion on the deliverable. There may be an additional charge 

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, but subject to the photographer's acceptance. The photographer may not be available during the revised day and time you propose, in which case you can cancel the photoshoot and book with someone else. Please be advised that the cancellation policy at the time of booking will apply here, and your refund will be processed as per the policy. In addition, you will be charged a 5% rescheduling fee. 
Who will pay for additional charges associated with admission fees and transportation during the photoshoot?

The client is responsible for any admission fees or transportation fees during the photoshoot (entry to parks, museum, Uber, transportation, etc.).

Can I book for a photoshoot for tomorrow?
Sure! Please message your photographer to make sure they are available for the photoshoot date and time before you book to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
Who owns the copyright?
You own full copyright for the images you have purchased or all the photos if you have purchased an all-inclusive shoot. This means you can use, reproduce, and publish your photos however you like. If you want to use the photos for commercial purposes, there may be an additional fee. Please ask the photographer.
What if I’m running late?

If you're running late, call or text your photographer as soon as possible. Sometimes your photographer may be able to accommodate, but in cases where they have other commitments, they may not be able to do it. If you arrive at your session late, any time that has passed will be forfeited, and you may shoot for the remaining time. Stay in contact with your photographer, so you are both on the same page.

What format will I receive my photos in?

Photos in your online gallery and high-resolution link are provided in JPEG format. If you want RAW files, please ask the photographer. They may be able to provide it for an additional charge.

Will you share my photos online without asking permission first?

Absolutely not. We fully respect your choice on whether to share. Any photos you see on our site are from customers who have told us ‘in writing’ that we can share their photos online. Just let us know your preference when you fill in our feedback form after your shoot.
