Cancellation policies and how they work

Shutterturf offers 6 standardized cancellation policies that we will enforce to protect both buyers and sellers alike. They are :

1. No Cancellation Fee
2. Flexible (7-day)
3. Moderate(15-day)
4. Strict (30-day)
5. 60-Day (60-day)
6. No Refunds

When a seller creates any listing for either photography, videography, or studio rental, they are required to specify the cancellation policy for that package, whether it's fixed price, hourly, daily, or per item. In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation policy will determine how much money is refunded to the buyer or the seller, or both.

No Cancellation Fee policy - This is self-explanatory. The buyer is free to cancel the photoshoot or studio rental booking at any time without any penalty and will receive a full refund. 

Flexible cancellation policy - The flexible policy is that if a buyer wants to cancel a shoot or a studio rental booking, and the cancellation date is 

• More than 7 days from the photoshoot date, the buyer gets a full refund. 
• If it is within 7 days, the buyer receives no refund. 

Moderate cancellation policy - The moderate policy is that if a buyer wants to cancel a shoot or a studio rental booking, and the cancellation date is 

• More than 15 days from the photoshoot date, the buyer gets a full refund. 
• If it is within 15 days, the buyer receives no refund. 

Strict cancellation policy - The strict policy is that if a buyer wants to cancel a shoot or a studio rental booking, and the cancellation date is 

• More than 30 days from the photoshoot date, the buyer gets a full refund. 
• If it is within 30 days, the buyer receives no refund. 

60-Day cancellation policy - This is generally for photoshoots or studio rental booked way in advance. The 60-day policy is that if a buyer wants to cancel a shoot or a studio rental booking, and the cancellation date is 

• More than 60 days from the photoshoot date, the buyer gets a full refund. 
• If it is within 60 days, the buyer receives no refund. 

No Refunds cancellation policy - The no-refunds policy is that once the buyer books the photoshoot or rents a studio and wants to cancel after that, there will be no refunds.

Please be advised that once you book the shutterturf, cancellation policies will immediately be in effect, and the refund will only be processed as per the policy terms.

For cancellations, the "day" will start from 00:00 hrs (12 am)
